Kyle Griffin takes home Inter-Ac MVP honors

Future Explorer Kyke Griffin was named MVP of the Philadelphia Inter-AC League. He led Germantown Academy to the championship with a 63-52 win over Malvern.

Griffin netted 13 points and 6 assists in the victory and used his cerebral game to get all of his teamates involved in the victory. Griffin missed approximately three weeks earlier in the season with an illness.

He is joined on the first team by Penn Charter's Sammy Zeglinski, headed to Virginia and teamate D.J. Johnston. Also making the first team is Joe Hoban from Malvern and the Haverford School's John Haldy.

Griffin was one of three early commitments for La Salle head coach Dr. John Giannini joining Jerrell Williams and Terrell Williams. Recommended Stories
